They say change is good (I still have no idea who they is) and there have been a lot of changes in my life this past year.
On March 15th my family and I celebrated our one year anniversary of moving to Las Vegas. It has been an exciting year, a year of learning, a year of letting go and a year of moving up. We have said good bye to old friends in San Diego and made new ones here in Las Vegas. We left the beaches of Southern California (surf - soon) and came to the Desert of Southern Nevada. These are just a few of the obvious changes but most important is the change that has taken place inside of me.
I cant say that the change inside of me has been without its challenges this past year but it has been worth the journey. Like they say no pain no gain (who the stink is they). I have been inwardly challenged in many areas of my life and sometimes I passed and sometimes I failed. But one thing is for sure - no matter what by the grace of God I picked my self up and got going again.
I guess the only ones that will really be able to see that change and know the process that has brought those changes in me are the ones that are closest to me which is good because they will be most effected by these changes.
Change. After this year I would have to say that change is neither good nor bad but change is what you allow it to be. After all "God works all things together for good for those that love Him and are the called according to His purpose."
No I have not already reached my best but one thing I will do is put things behind me and press on so that by God's grace I will lay hold of that for which He has laid hold of me.
Thanks for listening
Dream Big!
