Daily Bible Reading - Exodus 16, Luke 19, Job 34, 2 Corinthians 4

Who are you passing by?

Today's devotional is really more of a simple thought or question, who are you passing by?

As I read the Bible and observe the life of Jesus I see that H e always lived with intentionality even if He was just passing by a person or through a city. Luke 19:1-2, "He entered Jericho and was passing through. And there was a man named Zacchaeus". As you read on in this story although Jesus was just passing through the city He noticed Zacchaeus and that He needed salvation. Because Jesus was so intentional with His life He decided to stop and help Zacchaeus find that salvation (read the story its pretty awesome).

The question I must ask myself and that I challenge you to ask yourself today is, who are you passing by? You see even though we may be on our way to work, the grocery store, to hang with friends or even church on a Sunday morning we are passing bye people everyday. Those people we are passing by may need Jesus. We need to make sure that we remember we too are to live our life with intentionality and notice those who made need salvation.

Who are you passing by?
